Moving forward may mean revisiting a relationship  with yourself, so that you are more realistic.  In the brain, you thoughts are used to convert the energy in your system.  When you are afraid of letting go, you hold on to  thoughts that will silently cause chaos in your mind body But, when you decided to let go, you also so let go of the chains that keep you tied to the past. It is in this process of letting go do you find the peace to move forward.
